It’s everything you want an excursion to be. Our guide Monica was friendly (please tip them), the bus to the location was comfortable, the ride up the mountain was unbelievably beautiful, the time you had is good depending on what activities you’re interested in. The cogswheel train was a once in a lifetime experience and the boat ride back is the perfect ending to the perfect day.

Pascal did an excellent job navigating through people and traffic with ease while keeping up a flowing discussion of what we were seeing, how life in Lucerne has changed since the beginning of the pandemic. Would recommend him without a doubt.

Ralph was an excellent guide. He wove history/fact & fiction-, humor and technology together. His depth of knowledge about early life in Lucerne seemed endless.

Very good trip, our guide was so professional. We could see many wonderful areas of Switzerland.
