The tour was exactly as stated in the description and just as beautiful as other travelers have noted. It was really organized and so much fun! If you only have a short time in Lucerne, I recommend doing this tour to see Mt. Pilatus and get a chance to cruise the river. Stunning views and good hiking!

We loved that everything was taken care of. All the different types of transportation and tickets were provided. One of the best tours that I have taken! Yolanda was a fantastic guide! She was upbeat, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend the trip and the tour package to anyone.

The gondolas were fine. Unfortunately we had bad weather and could not see anything completely in the fog. Until we went down with the train that was beautiful. So still nice pictures. The boat trip was too busy and too long. You couldn't sit properly outside but inside it was too stuffy.
