From Manila: Taal Volcano Island and Pagsanjan Falls Tour

1. From Manila: Taal Volcano Island and Pagsanjan Falls Tour

Following pickup from your hotel in Manila, head straight to the Pagsanjan Falls on a 2.5-hour drive south. From there, your driver will assist you in getting to the paddle raft, which will be manned by two local guides. Experience a multiple-rapid adventure as you continue toward the falls. Swim to the cave that lies within the magnificent Pagsanjan Falls, feeling refreshed by the cold water. Set off on another two-hour drive over to the Taal Volcano ridge in Tagaytay City for the Taal Volcano eruption sightseeing tour. Taal Volcano suddenly erupted at 2:36 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2020, forcing all to flee from the island. For the next 24 hours, ashes coming from the crater traveled all the way to Metro Manila and nearby areas as 150,000 people fled from their homes. Taal Volcano is now considered the most active volcano complex after this eruption. See the devastation firsthand and take in dramatic views of Taal Lake and the steaming Volcano Island from the ridges of Tagaytay City. Enjoy lunch (at your own expense) with a view of the whole lake, in the center of which steams the Taal Volcano, the Philippines smallest but most active volcano as of today.

Coron: Off-Bay Islands, Lagoons and Lakes Hopping Tour

2. Coron: Off-Bay Islands, Lagoons and Lakes Hopping Tour

Pickup your water activity gear, for snorkeling later in the day, and set sail onto the turquoise blue waters of the bay. As you glide across the water, admire the breathtaking view of the islets and rock formations across the landscape between each stop of the tour. One of the most popular destinations of the tour is CYC Beach, favored by both locals and tourists. With white sand and clear shallow waters, the beach provides the perfect spot for a casual swim, or a snorkel to admire the sea life. Another of the tour’s destinations that is perfect for water activities is the stunning Atwayan beach, from which you can also enjoy a trip to the mesmerizing Quin Reef, Green Lagoon and Las Islas De Coral. Afterwards, head to the incredible Kayangan Lake and Twin Lagoon, to marvel at the emerald waters that glisten in the sunlight. Enjoy more free time to explore these secretive spots, take a dip in the refreshing waters, or take some photos for your holiday album. Once you’ve worked up an appetite from swimming and snorkeling, it's time for a lunch of local style BBQ and seafood amidst the stunning backdrop of the crystal clear waters.

What people are saying about Luzon

This is a must do activity( day trip) in Manila. The taal volcano and its surroundings are lovely and a different experience. The pagsanjan river rowing and waterfall is an experience in itself . The rowers take you up the short rapids for about 45 min before you reach the majestic waterfall. Then the bamboo raft takes you beneath the fall. On return you raft down the gentle rapids. It is safe but be mindful of the sun and long sitting ( about 45 min)in the narrow boat. Our driver cum guide Richard was knowledgeable and came on time for pick up. Advised us on the trip and kept good company during the trip. The car was clean and his driving is safe. Overall worth the time and money spent

Although it was raining cats and dogs we were able to ride ATV. At reception I was greeted and briefed the safety features which I followed accordingly. My guide was briefed me how to ride safely and tested at the practice run prior to the real run. We were lucky the sun started to show able to take photos and videos. All in all it was a full filing experience. Definitely recommendable.

Great activity with lots of fun. We booked for two people and had our private tour at no extra charge. Our guide used our cell phone to take the time to take photos and videos so that we could enjoy the tour and still take souvenir photos or videos. For us it was a great trip that we can recommend. Great landscape and great guides.

I recommend this structure for your ATV excursion. They are really well organized, young and professional. We have extended our tour directly to the venue, under their advice, it was really worth it !!!

Pagsanjan Falls was such a magical experience! Our tour guide Richard was lovely! We were well looked after the whole day! Highly recommend this tour, we had an amazing time!
