This full-day tour takes you to the hot springs of Hammamat Ma’in, located 58 km from Amman and 37 km from Madaba/Dead Sea. Simply relax and enjoy the healing qualities of the mineral-rich waters. The springs originate from the winter rainfall on Jordan's highland plains. The water is also infused with skin-healing minerals, such as hydrogen sulfide, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. You will have the possibility to enjoy the mineral-rich hot thermal waters and relax within them. The waters are known to treat skin diseases, diseases of the circulatory system, and pains in the bones, joints, and back. It's also the location of Herod the Great was said to have bathed in its medicinal water, and where people have come for thermal treatments, or simply to enjoy a hot soak, since the days of Rome.
