The guide is very prepared and also nice. Everything good. The only flaw: the meeting point was not very clear and despite having arrived 15 minutes early I was missing the tour. They sorted it out and the bus came back to pick me up.

December 7, 2018

This tour was organized on the day of the Madrid marathon - why? We could not take the tour of the city as all the roads were closed. Finally we had to take the metro to get back into the city. Our guide was wonderful through all of this and took us on the long subway ride. She took us to the Palace for our tour and waited with us until the guide arrived for that tour as she was also held up in traffic. She was also wonderful and gave us a great tour. The tour organizers would know that it was the date of the Marathon and that the roads would be closed so why would they put this tour on and put the customers through this ordeal. Some of the people were very upset as we were stranded so far out of the city.
