Carlos was a nice guide but we did a lot of waiting around feel like we didn’t see any of Madrid the tour was so over priced. Carlos was doing the tour in two languages & only 2 of us were English speaking so we got the short straw if I had known the two languages would have been on the one tour I wouldn’t have found another tour it was so frustrating. The palace was the best part. I would look into doing one of the free tours next time after spending €140 on this one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone very disappointing & a waste of half day
