First of all, our guide was incredibly friendly and well informed about Madrid and its history. Accordingly, he told us interesting facts and stories about the city at the different sights (like the Retiro Park, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Castle and more) and also in between every now and then. Our guide also made sure that we had enough time to take pictures and look at everything in peace. He also assisted in taking photos and group pictures if we were interested. and to see everything we wanted. The bikes we used were of excellent quality and in perfect condition. We had no problems with them and were able to ride comfortably through the streets of Madrid.

Our experience was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t recommend any more. From the start to end the staff were so helpful and attentive. We had a miss understanding with our booking but it was corrected instantly. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and it was my friends birthday so we were given a free glass of procecco each. Honestly would recommend this to anybody and would definitely be returning. The food was amazing and the performance was unbelievable. Thank you so much it was a highlight of our trip.

This was such a fun addition to our stay in Madrid. Raul was a great guide explaining history and culture about Madrid and Tapas. All of the food and drinks were delicious and the company was great too!

Carmen is the best! Funny, enthusiastic and answers all questions! You could tell she just loves the people and is interested in their cultures too!

A truly amazing experience. I would highly recommend it.
