The stadium is not fully wheelchair accessible, but wheelchair users can get free access to the trophies exhibition, benches and coaching area, including 1 wheelchair attendant.
The stadium is open all year round (except December 25 and January 1). Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

When you enter the stadium to start the tour, the guides will lead you to the top floor of the stadium, this is for a panoramic view of the stadium. You will then have to get back up several stairs before you actually begin the official tour. all in all Lovely day!

As soon as you enter the stadium to begin the tour, the tour guides direct you to go to the top floor of the stadium, this is for a panoramic view of the stadium. You then need to come back down the several flights of stairs before you actually begin the official tour. So just be ready to climb 4 or 5 flights of stairs. The tour is jam packed!! So many things to see, do and interact with. I was their for a good 2.5hours. I was told that the weekends are the busiest, so I would recommend going on a weekday. Enjoy.

Not a huge Real Madrid fan but a big fan of football. I really enjoyed the museum. It is very 'high-tech' and well-thought-out. I got an audioguide for an extra 6€, which I probably didn't need since there was English explanations for most if not all the things there, but it was nice having the extra context and it does add to the excitement.
