You will be picked up next to Cafeteria Hontanares, in front of the Four Seasons Hotel. The tuk-tuks are usually always punctual during pickup, but sometimes there is traffic and they are a few minutes late. If the tuk-tuk is not at the pick-up point at the exact time of your reservation, you may contact the activity provider, so they can tell you exactly what time it will arrive. Whenever there is any delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible at the phone number you have indicated.
