What people are saying about Magnetic Island

First time snorkelling and also given opportunity to try to scuba. Fantastic support from crew and instructors. The Site (John Brewer Reef) 62km from Townsville, Australia, was a great place to view Great Barrier Reef for first time. Loved the day.

Beware the long boat ride out there (3 hours either way and can be choppy), but can't deny the unforgettable experience of snorkelling on the reef. The adrenaline staff were also excellent, will definitely be back!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful day learning about the coral and fish as well as snorkeling around it.

Fantastic snorkelling. Amazing coral and fish. Great crew and equipment
