I had booked the trip about 2-3 days prior. The online booking process was smooth. My driver, Kevin, messaged and informed me the previous day of the tour that he'd be at my hotel at 9 a.m. the next day and he was on time. He provided useful information about the sites I was about to visit and spoke fluent English. The trip to the pewter factory and Batik factory /showroom was a unique experience. Then I visited the Batu caves, which was good too although one gets the feeling that the place is too commercialized. The only thing that was bad was the scorching heat. Thanks to Kevin for making it a memorable tour.

A brilliant well organised day Mr. Tan was a friendly, knowledgeable guide. Nothing was too much trouble and all 3 visits were very interesting and entertaining . There was zero pressure to buy or do anything other than enjoy the day. A big thankyou

Excellent service. Mr. Kalai drove us and he was an exceptionally smooth driver. Very easy and clear communication. We didn't even have to wait for a minute after getting out of the airport. Highly recommended.
