A fantastic tour, the pace is not too slow not too fast, you see all the boroughs adequately with multiple photo breaks and toilet breaks. Jorge provides continuous commentary with stories and fun/movie facts for each neighbourhood. He tells you what the real deal is and background of the neighbourhoods. Its like listening to a story. Short tour 8:30 to 1:30 so you have most of the day still to do other things. Charging points available in bus. Very polite driver. I couldn’t recommend it enough, you’d not be able to cover all boroughs in so much depth without such expert guidance. So if you have half a day - do it, the price is really really reasonable too.

Jorge (Tour-Guide) and David (bus driver, sorry if I misspelled a name) did an excellent job. It was nice and really interesting to see another side of New York. I can only recommend this tour

A lovely all round tour, giving insights into New York City life across the boroughs. Local tour guide was very funny and friendly. Very unforgettable experience.
