Full description

Take a day trip to the fishing village of Porto Cristo to discover one of the largest underground caves on the island, the Caves of Drach. Explore 4 caves that extend to a depth of 25 meters, with one of the largest underground lakes in the world. Enjoy a live concert and boat trip in the caves.

Observe the stalactites and stalagmites that cover the ceilings or rise from the ground, molded by millions of years of water infiltrations. Follow a path leading through several caves like "Theatre of the Fairies" and "Bad Dianas", illuminated by elaborate lighting.

Next, enjoy a short recital in an underground auditorium created on the banks of Lake Martel. Watch as musicians performing classical music glide past you in illuminated boats and disappears again in the dark.

After the concert, if you wish, you can cross the lake with a 2-minute boat ride for a closer look at the details of the cave formations, or go on foot over the bridge. Continue the tour with a stop in Porto Cristo where you can stroll around, have a refreshment, or visit the Mallorca pearls exhibition.

This was an amazing trip and you have enough time to do everything. Great guide and a lot to see. But, it was totally caos at the bus stop. It was 6-8 busses (to other destinations), and we disnt know witch bus we should go on. It should be signs where we know where we could go, because the caos was so stressful.

Bus was 25 mins late and no information it was running late. Fortunately we stayed and waited a little longer. The trip was good. You can’t really loiter and take in the caves - it’s rather conveyer belt and for anyone with mobility issues the steps at the end may be difficult. However a good day out with my 6 year old.
