Excellent service, bus stop was easy to find at the airport and the coach dropped us 200meters from the hotel and we got on it at the same place back to the airport. It was comfortable and the drivers were really helpful. It also worked out cheaper booking the round trip through this service and took all the stress away and aloud us to enjoy our trip without worrying about getting to and from the airport.

The bus transfer itself was great. It arrived at the pickup point right on schedule and got us to the airport in the expected amount of time. The only issue we had was finding the pickup point at the Venice Mestre station. The location marked on the map in the app was not where the pickup point is actually located. Only by reading the vague description of the pickup point did we figure out that we were waiting in the wrong place. This caused us to miss two buses and to miss our scheduled shuttle to the hotel.

Locating the precise bus-stop (15) was quite easy, as was the validation of the pass. However, walking with a stick - and carrying my hand luggage - up the steep entry steps to the coach was a bit of a challenge but, with large cases stowed underneath the seating area, I accept this was a necessary evil.
