Explore Ouarzazate and Zagora on a 2-day trip from Marrakech. Visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou and admire the Atlas Mountains. Ride a camel to the campsite and savor a local dinner and breakfast. Stay overnight in a private tent at the Zagora dunes. Choose from a tour with a standard or a luxury tent. Day 1: Atlas Mountains, Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, and Zagora Following pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakesh, begin by crossing the high atlas mountains via the Tizi N’ Tichka pass. Stop at the UNESCO world heritage kasbah fortress of Ait Ben Haddou where you will have free time to visit this Heritage Site.

After a lunch break, continue to the verdant Draa Valley, which is well-known for its amazing kasbah fortresses. Head to Zagora and make your way to the windswept dunes. Watch the sunset while riding a camel to the campsite in the Zagora dunes. Delight in a delicious local dinner.

Spend the night in a private standard or luxury tent under the stars. Day 2: Zagora, Draa Valley, and Ouarzazate On the second day, wake up early to enjoy a spectacular sunrise view followed by a typical Berber breakfast. Experience to do absolutely! Everything organized to perfection! The journey is long but passes easily! We stayed in the luxury tent and had a great time, very spacious and with an en-suite bathroom. It's cold at night but if you wrap up warm, it's great. Excellent dinner and breakfast! The visit to the kasbahs of ait-ben-haddou and to Ourzarzate is beautiful. Truly a unique experience!

In general, a very pleasant experience, they offered enough comforts considering that it was the desert, the bad thing is that in all the tours they ask you again for a "tip" but they pressure you more than optional, seeming to be mandatory. You have to be prepared for almost 9 hours on the way by car

The tour consists of many hours in the bus. We enjoyed Ouarzazate almost nothing, for the guides it is more important to sell products where they have the percentages, this applies to scarves (for example, the shop next door saw the same cotton scarf, for half) and to the restaurant for lunch (fee not included in the package). Obviously being a group they pushed us all to stay united and therefore didn't give us the possibility to choose. There is a lack of informing people about what you are going to do, how long you stay in one place and what you have to leave on the bus and what exactly to bring in the tent. (Ex. There are no showers and hot water, the tents are basic) The tour in general is very nice, we had fun in the desert, the dinner was good, the Bedouins were very kind. Very good driver.
