There was a separate queue for the people who had reservations. We were so lucky to have made a prior booking as it had been fully booked twice when we made a "walk-in". Once you enter your own queue all you have to do is show your barcode & enter. The staff are always wonderful.

My group from Mambourin Enterprises went n saw Gorillas, Monkeys, Lions, Koalas, Hippos, Cheetahs n Meerkats. Then we went on the Safari Tour ride n saw Mongolian wild Horses, Camels, Emus, Antelope, Giraffes, Rhinos n Zebras.

My 2 grandchildren and I enjoyed all aspects of the Aquarium. Some areas were a little bit crowded for the young ones to get a good view, but that is not anything anyone can change . We must return next year .
