The bus trip to the Wachau region was easy enough, and our guide was very fluent in multiple languages. The first stop in Durnstein was somewhat unimpressive, but nonetheless a nice way to break up the trip. The boat ride was very nice but the poor waitress didn't understand English and was thoroughly confused. :-) The Melk Abbey was wonderful and we enjoyed a nice lunch there. Note: Our reservation said lunch was included, but it was not. Apparently they do not include lunch in the summer so you are on your own. Overall, nice trip and beautiful scenery. I recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get out of Vienna and see the local surroundings.

Guide was excellent with English and Spanish. The stops were worth time and the money. Would have liked a bit more time at the abbey to explore without the group.

Excellent trip, postcard perfect villages and vineries along the Danube. Boat trip is dreamy. You can enjoy your lunch and local wine on the boat.

A lovely relaxing day trip from Vienna. Enjoyed the boat ride up to Melk Abbey which is beautiful and worth the visit. Well organized tour

Guide could have been more engaging but overall great excursion. Seeing Durnstein was added us.
