Ongoing communication was lacking, we had a guide when picking up guests from hotel and he left the bus without any explanation of what would happen or where we would be going. We dropped two people from our bus at Trapiche winery but the driver indicated we should stay in the bus before driving us to Bodega Lopez. The winery tour was informative but again we were left to our own devices and sent upstairs to the restaurant - there were no staff in attendance, and we stood waiting not really sure if we were in the right place. Once staff appeared, lunch was delicious but when finished we had to wait 20mins, not knowing if our driver was returning and at what time. It was a different bus and driver that then took us to the Olive Oil premises and from there we finally had some guidance and still another bus and driver.The company might like to consider providing written information about what will happen if they don’t have staff that speak English, otherwise, don’t offer a tour in English

Todo muy bien con el servicio, nos recogieron a tiempo, buena coordinación. Nuestra guía fue muy amigable y estaba siempre pendiente de nosotras. Lo único que mejoraría es el detalle de las bodegas a visitar que no figuraba en la descripción del tour, y que el almuerzo y degustacion decia que era en la Bodega Zuccardi, pero era en verdad en la Bodega Santa Julia que es de la familia Zuccardi pero NO es lo mismo.

Transporte e guia adequados. Tempo foi suficiente. Nosso almoço foi agradável, na companhia de pessoas de outros países. Uma empanada divina, servida no jardim. Tudo regado a vinhos! Difícil melhorar. Lugares lindos, novos amigos, boa comida e uma taça na mão!
