"Our trip was exceptional! The transportation was punctual, the driver was kind and supportive. Our tour guide JJ was not only pleasant but also very informative, enhancing our understanding & enjoyment of the destinations. In Pisa, we were captivated by the charming atmosphere and breathtaking views. The opportunity to take photos with the iconic Leaning Tower was truly unforgettable. In Florence, we were immediately struck by the city's beauty and rich history. After lunch, our tour continued with a knowledgeable and engaging guide (whose name, unfortunately, slips my mind), who shared valuable insights into the city's art and heritage. While exploring Florence, we found ourselves wishing for more time to indulge in shopping and further exploration of this enchanting city. Overall experience was undeniably wonderful and well worth it,the trip is a perfect blend of cultural discovery and enjoyment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a remarkable Italian adventure."
We had a fantastic day. Teresa is simply awesome. She was giving a lot of information, but just at the right pace & also giving time for the guests to digest the indornation & enjoy on their own. She was always taking good care of the guests, always looking after their comfort. The local guide in Florence Chiara was also excellent. Very knowledgeable & giving information up to the point in a manner easy to understand. Overall fantastic trip & well worth the money. The only thing i would suggest is to let guests know ahead of time that food is not allowed on the van. We had planned to eat something small for breakfast in the van but could not eat anything till about 8:30 when we took the 1st stop. It would be good to beforehand know that food is not allowed so that guests can plan accordingly. Also if health issues it is important to know. Otherwise very good company & great trip.
excellent tour with excellent tour guides and driver. we felt very safe with them. the pace was good. only improvement we can think of is maybe more time in the museum and time to shop for leather goods by the duomo
