    Citysightseeing provides a pretty straightforward experience - you get on the bus with the audioguide for the major landmarks and districts you'll see. It saves you so much time from having to walk from place to place. While you won't get the intimate experience of every place, it does allow you as a traveler to gloss through each part of town. In my case, Milan has 4 bus lines reaching out to all parts of the city. I know for sure when I travel abroad again I'll be using Citysightseeing's services. The 24, 48 and 72 hour passes provide flexibility.

    The buses weren't very frequent but I guess it is out of season. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They didn't announce the stops every single time, it would've been helpful as sometimes I was a bit confused where I was. Other than that it was a good way to see the city.

    This is second time I get this bus on my travels. It’s amazing how easy we can buy the ticket and follow the directions for the meeting point and to follow the itinerary. The services are excellent. I was Milan and a driver called another driver to pick me up at one a bus stop in less than 5 minutes after explain to him that I was lost. This action made my day!! Great experience.
