Very organized tour. Booked on-line and met at the designated area. We traveled via coach bus to Monserrat (approximately 1 hour). Pol did the tour of Barcelona on the way to Montserrat and it was very informative. He was articulate and funny. Beautiful countryside and efficient way to travel there. Luis was our guide for the remainder of the tour and was amazing. He had tremendous knowledge of Montserrat. We walked in to Montserrat monastery/Basilica as he gave us an overview of Montserrat, including the history and architecture of the Monastery and Basilica. In addition, we had time options of exploring the area including the Museum (with pieces by Casas, Degas, Renoir, Picasso, Monet, Dali), Basilica and Black Madonna, hike to the Cross, Funicular, and shops and local farmers' market/restaurants. Although we only had a half day tour, we could have easily spent 1-2 days there. Our return trip was a 15 min train ride the remainder was by bus back to Barcelona.

Dont miss this activity its worth the time and money Only the weather was not helpful on our trip. Other than this all good and excellent The guide was perfect

Good historical and spiritual experience, plus good booze and a nice hike make this a must do when in Barcelona.

Tour guides were fantastic, great organisation with meet up point... shame about the weather! Gracias a todos!!

The trip was very well organized. Timely and informative with lots of humor
