Just a great experience, even for the religiously unaffiliated. Monserrat is spectacular with a variety of things to do. I thoroughly enjoyed the mini-hike to a view point. Lunch on the way back to Barcelona at the La Vinya Nova farmhouse was also wonderful - a casual rural place, with great character. Finally, the guide Flavius, was excellent - just the right amount of commentary and information, but not too much to be overwhelming. He took a few of us on the hike, and left the others to listen to the choir or do what they wanted around the monastery.

The ticket included the cable car experience from the top of the mountain. The Monastery was gorgeous that we wanted to spend more time there. I just wished we spent more time around the Monastery than in the farmhouse. Though the food there was also excellent and didn’t expect it to be that much.

Nice tour with small group of people. Lunch was good, limited choice. Guide and driver Roger was friendly.

The tour and lunch is worth it. Leaves mid morning, gets back early evening. Good day trip.

Awesome experience, Marta was the best guide ever and really made the tour enjoyable.
