What people are saying about Mount Pleasant

We took the first ferry over to the Fort, which turned out to be a good decision. We got to spend a little more time at the fort, it was less crowded, and we got to watch (and take part in) the flag raising. The staff were very knowledgeable and engaged with the tourists.

drew was very knowledgeable and informative about the history of the places he took us, very interesting to walk with. highly recommended.the next time we're in town we will get the full tour.

We were excited to be on the inaugural sunset cruise of the 2024 season. Teenage daughter loves sunsets so it was a great way to see Charleston and catch the sunset.

A fun activity for the family, especially on a rather gloomy day when beach & swimming were of little interest.

More detailed map of the fort and what each area was used for.
