Although the weather was clearly not on our side in Sapa (rain, muddy, foggy, and cold), yet, we had an enjoyable and memorial trip. Lana proactively provided a guidance and an arrangement before the trip. The night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai was really comfortable with private beds. Thanks to Lana, we luckily got a free upgrade to a private cabin. Our favourite tour guide, Lily (an ethnic local lady) who was nice, supportive, and knowledgeable. During the trip, we learned a lot about the richness of the local culture and the insight stories. The home stay at the village was also excellent, where we had a good evening and chat with other visitors and the locals. The foods were average but the hot drinks were outstanding. The home stay could consider providing heaters rooms for the cold nights. The hotel was good. The return trip to Hanoi on a Van (called Limousine!) was interesting as we sat on the first row to experience the “traffic”. We would definitely recommend the tour.

Trip was well planned with a nice hotel & tour guide. Really appreciate the provider for texting me the trip details weeks before the trip. A 9-seater limousine bus picked us up from our old quarter Hanoi hotel. However our riding experience weren't great. As we were the last to be picked up & they filled up all seats, they didn't have enough luggage place & had to put them in the centre aisle preventing people from exiting. Driver did not bother to help move the luggage at stop over and people were trapped. We also didn't get a hotel room with mountain view. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable with nice food. We enjoyed the walk through Cat Cat village on day 1, and the challenging steep trek through the rice fields to the villages on day 2. It was a memorable experience & our guide Mu was friendly & took great care of us! Overall, good experience!

We had an amazing trekking tour - would highly recommend! We stayed at Sapa Charm Hotel, and they have links with a local tour guide named Trang - she was absolutely fantastic. Took us on great trekking trails and helped us understand a bit about life in Sapa. She was a wonderful tour guide and we couldn't speak more highly of her - very enthusiastic and knowledgable!

I have done the 3 days trekking, sleeping in family houses. my guide was Zo Zo: she lead me to beautiful trekkings, hosted me in her house with her family, cooking for me delicious food and always being available for any necessity. I suggest you to perform the trekking with her.

The trip was very well organised. We really enjoyed our trekking, the homestay, and the guide was great - very informative, helpful, nice and friendly personality. Thank you!
