Full description

Discover 3 areas of the city of Naples, the foremost city and cultural melting pot of South Italy. First, the driver will take you along the seaside passing onto Lungomare Caracciolo and Mergellina and up to Posillipo Hill. From here, take a snapshot of the most popular view of the city embracing the whole bay, Capri Island and Mount Vesuvius. Then, driving back to the center, see the ancient Castel dell’ Ovo, the oldest standing stronghold in town which was built in the 12th century within the old fishing village of Borgo Marinari. Continue the tour towards the opulent monumental district enclosing Plebiscito square, Royal Palace, San Carlo Theater and Galleria Umberto I. Here, have some time for a stroll on your own. Finally, enjoy a tasty pizza dinner including a soft drink at a local restaurant. After dinner, the driver will bring you back to the meeting point.

Great familiarisation upon arrival into Naples

I was the only person on the tour so there was just me and the driver. The tour was a good familiarisation of Naples, having arrived into Naples earlier the same day. The sunset from the hill overlooking the bay was beautiful. The tour finished with a 3 course meal at a pizzeria in a small and pretty piazza in Naples (similar to the gothic quarter of Barcelona) which consisted of a selection of starters inc bruschetta, main course was pizza margarita and desert was cheesecake. It was a lovely meal and the staff at the restaurant were friendly. A good tour to do on arrival into Naples.

The best way to learn of and love Naples

The agency of this tour contact me since i booked to check it the details and provide me a ph number in case I need adjust or change something. Sergio our tour guide and driver was on time. He was driving and telling us the details, history and stories about Naples. Every street, building, neigborhood, restaurant, view he was showing us with the perfect timing and enchanting us to fall in love for a special and unique city with mix of different cultures and periods. He made us take the special taste of the hearth and veins of Naples. Before this tour I was not able to discover all the rich flavours of this huge city. The dinner was in a history place and delicious. I could say that hope everyone takes the time to discover the city in hands of a tour guide like Sergio. Thank you.

Sur la visite en général très satisfait juste dommage de n avoir pas fait la visite sur le château San Elmo et ça vue panoramique sur naples , sur le chauffeur rien à dire excellent qui as pris la peine de nous racconter l histoire de la ville , Sinon très déçu sur le choix restaurant pizzeria service médiocre
