Learn how to make a real Italian pizza at a famous pizzeria in Naples. Get tips on how to make the dough and prepare the perfect topping for a pizza baked in an authentic wooden oven. Following your activity, enjoy the fruits of your work over lunch or dinner. Become a pizzaiolo (pizza chef) for a day at an amazing pizza cooking class in Naples. Experience a famous pizzeria in the heart of the city where the legendary dish was first created. Following that, get hands-on help from a local pizza chef on how to mix, knead, and stretch the dough in order before creating a topping of the finest local ingredients. Learn the culinary secrets and philosophy of "keep it simple" and use only the finest local produce, such as ripe tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil and Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) olive oils. At the conclusion of your experience, sit down and enjoy a beer accompanied by different types of pizza made by the class.

    The pizza class was informative. We were looked after nicely. According to the description, the drinks should be included, but were charged on site from the 2nd drink. So we paid 118 euros for the course plus an additional 31 euros for the drinks. So we paid a total of just under 150 euros, which seems pretty overpriced for 2 pizzas and 5 small beers.

    The course took place in a restaurant, we were a small group (3 participants) so many questions could be asked and answered. First the dough was prepared, we later received the recipe by email including tips for preparing it in a domestic electric oven. Then the pizza was "rolled out" and topped. We were able to take away a lot of helpful tips. The pizza was delicious!

    After a nice welcome from Francesca, she and the pizzaioli showed us how to make the perfect pizza dough and later we baked our own pizza in the oven. We ate it outside with a glass of wine and later we also got to know what a fried pizza is. Our awesome pizza course finished with a glass of Limoncello. It was a pleasure! Francesca made some pictures and sent them to us and we will receive the dough recipe soon by email.
