Driver was waiting at the pick up point and made himself clearly visible, extremely polite also. Transport was a spotlessly clean and luxurious Mercedes Benz people carrier, expertly driven. Driver loaded and unloaded all luggage at pickup and drop off. I would not hesitate to use this service again and would thoroughly recommend anyone to do the same.

Waited for us

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours 15 mins, but we were switched to a later taxi that was waiting for us. Initially arrangements were made by email from our home airport departure lounge, and a quick call upon arrival at Napoli meant we soon found the driver and we were away.

Great Value

Picked up at Naples airport inside the airport. There was some confusion as to where to be exactly. I was standing by the info point desk. Others were just past the departure gate. So that could be a bit clearer. After they found me, we were led to the van driver and luggage was stowed. Shared the van with 4 couples. We were all driven to our individual hotels. Very happy with the driver amd the service.
