Sydney: Blue Mountains Featherdale and Wentworth Falls Tour

1. Sydney: Blue Mountains Featherdale and Wentworth Falls Tour

Explore the Blue Mountains region on a tour from Sydney. Discover the Featherdale Wildlife Park, a guided bushwalk, or a hike to the waterfalls at Wentworth Falls. Spend the afternoon at Echo Point and Cahill’s Lookout. Start with pickup from your hotel in Sydney. See koalas, kangaroos, dingoes, cassowaries, and other native Australian birds and animals in the morning at Featherdale Wildlife Park. At Wentworth Falls hike through tea-tree forests, fern gullies, cave overhangs, and past a variety of panoramic views of the Jamison Valley. The falls themselves are a delicate misty flow of water tumbling over three tiers of rocky outcrops. Your guide will be able to organize some alternative routes and shortcuts for those taking it easy. For lunch visit Katoomba or Leura Village which offers charming cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. Purchase lunch at one of these, and enjoy some time shopping for gifts at the streetside shops. Head on down to the Blue Mountains' most famous lookout at Echo Point. Enjoy the views at the perfect time of day, with the sun shining down the valley. See the Three Sisters illuminated and a Blue Haze in the background. Exit the Blue Mountains via Cliff Drive with its views over Narrow Neck Plateau and the Magalong Valley. Stretch your legs one more time to discover Cahills Lookout and Boars Head, before heading back to Sydney.

Blue Mountains: Mountain e-Bike Ride, Narrowneck Plateau

3. Blue Mountains: Mountain e-Bike Ride, Narrowneck Plateau

HOLY MOLY!!! You want views? The only way to do this ride is on our electric e-bikes! This is an amazing dirt fire trail and from start to finish we do approx. 30km and climb 900 vertical meters... that's a lot of HILLS!! Trail surface has loose rocks with some steep descents and unskilled/unconfident riders are likely to fall, so If your skills are not that great, you should check out the Hanging Rock ride with its amazing views...but without the big hills! The spectacular Narrowneck trail follows a ridge-line deep into the valley, offering exhilarating scenic views across the Megalong Valley in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. Setting out from Katoomba, you do a short ride on tarmac road and then hit the dirt and head deep into the undulating trails of this un-spoilt wilderness area of the Megalong and Jamison Valleys. This ride like most in the Blueys, is an out and back

A fantastic tour and very knowledgeable guides! A truly unique way to experience the stunning Blue Mountains…the guides obviously loved and cared for the area very much and made us feel very welcome. We got to areas and lookouts that we never would have by ourselves and it was fun sitting in the back of the Australian Army Land Rover…blankets were provided! Thanks guys for a really memorable day !! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful day in the Blue Mountains including a sensational walk to Wentworth falls. Lunch at the Carrington Hotel by the fire was very cosy as well as delicious. Scenic World was not only great fun but also provided sensational views from all three rides. Craig provided for every individuals requirements adding to the extremely enjoyable experience.

The driver and tour were fantastic. Get Your Guide description and presentation of the tour was misleading. I will never book through Get Your Guide again.
