Couldn't hear the audio guide from the top deck. We went below deck for the return ride and did not hear very much at all on the return ride. Beautiful vistas, food was really good, English was not the best from our server but we managed. My kids said the fries we the best we had between France, Belgium, and Germany.

The riverboat ride was so much fun! The tour? Not so much because you could not hear the pre-recorded speech over the loudspeakers. At all. Also, depsite what the website advertised, there was no food on board. Only drinks. That didn't make sense because there were menus on every table...but no food service at all. The views were spectacular and we did get some nice photos

Great river cruise up the picturesque Neckar Valley… attentive staff; good drinks and some nice chicken nuggets as well! Only reason I gave it four stars, rather than five, as the prerecorded audio that was played over the speakers was quite limited. I prefer these tours when the commentary is live and maybe a bit of humour rather than just a somewhat dry recording.
