The experience was fantastic, regardless of which side you go to you’re fine. There’s a free boat shuttle from the tower side to get to the right boat. Getting to go on top of the rock was great, with an outstanding view of the top of the falls. There’s a restaurant with a great view across from the falls. FYI. If you take the and get off before the bridge, that’s a single track station the train going both ways stops where you get off. There’s no platform on the other side, it seems like you can’t find the platform for the other direction but isn’t one. Only one train at a time in that area of the track. I would recommend this tour to anyone, the train ride great, with good countryside views.

Fantastic service from "Get your Guide". We went to the ticket office as wanted to exchange our time and this was super easy. Very pleased with "get your guide" and how easy it was to both purchase and use the tickets. The actual ride was great - although when you go up the stairs on the rock - beware - the top is super small, maybe 5 adults can stand there. Almost no room to turn around. But amazing - definitely do it!!

Unseren Urlaub verbrachten wir im schönen Friedrichhafen Aillingen. Unser Ziel war auch der Rheinfall in der Schweiz. Bis ein paar Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit der Bahn (verständlich bei der Hitze) verlief alles gut, so dass wir pünktlich um 13.40 Uhr am Rheinfall waren und die Tour mit Ausstieg zum Felsen machen konnten. Die Leute Vorort waren mega freundlich. Der Ausstieg zum Felsen mit einem Aufenthalt von ca. 20 Minuten reichte voll und ganz aus. Es war mega schön.
