Start with a 09:00AM pick-up from your Cappadocia hotel and your first stop will be Saratli Underground City. This city has many similarities with the Özlüce and Mazı Underground Cities. The underground city has spread to large areas but a small part has been cleaned. Underground cities date back to the Hittite period, mainly carved to protect themselves from the attacks in an emergency. They were used by the Christians during early Christianity from the slaughter of the Roman Empire. After visiting the underground city, drive to Tepesi Delik Han Caravanserai, one of Cappadocia's most important historical locations. Have lunch at 01:00PM and then drive to Lake Tuz, a saline lake occupying a huge area in the arid central plateau of Turkey. See the crystal white salt and spend an unforgettable time at the salt lake. Afterwards, drive back to your hotel at 04:00PM.

Begin your day with a pickup from your accommodation in Cappadocia at dawn and travel to the hot air balloon launch site. Enjoy a light breakfast then board your piloted balloon. Ascend above Cappadocia’s lunar-like landscapes. Absorb the incredible views of the sculpted valleys below. Capture them on camera as the sun illuminates them in soft reds and pinks. After at least an hour in the air, touch down and celebrate your experience with a glass of champagne. Then, be transferred back to your accommodation for breakfast and two or three hours of free time.  Your second pickup will be in an air-conditioned vehicle to kick off your tour of the highlights of Cappadocia. Your professional tour guide will help you get acquainted with this unique area.  Visit Avanos town, which is famous for its production of earthenware pottery. The ceramic trade in this district, and the countless pottery factories, date back to the Hittites. The ceramic clay from the red silt in the Kizilirmak River has always been used. Watch a pottery demonstration of the Hittite technique. Explore Çavusin. This is one of the oldest settlements in Cappadocia, dating back to the 5th-century. It is an old village where people still live in rock-cut dwellings and stone houses. The Church of St. John the Baptist in Çavuşin village dates back to the 5th-century and the paintings date back to the 6th, 7th, and 8th centuries. The church offers a spectacular panoramic view of the village.  Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, is famous for a lunar landscape, with unique rock formations that look like particular animals, including a camel, an alligator, snakes, and seals. There are also rocks that resemble people as they dance or pray and one that appears to be St. Mary. Goreme Open-Air Museum is a UNESCO site with rock-cut churches and monasteries dating back to the 5th and 13th centuries. There are over 400 churches in Goreme and most of the beautiful frescoes have retained their original color and freshness. Visit the Apple Church, the St. Barbara Church, the Church of the Serpent, and the Dark Church.  Pasabag Valley has the best collection of fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. These rock formations with twin and even triple rock caps are known as the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. The valley is also known as Monk's Valley because monks used to take refuge here. A chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit’s shelter are built into one of the fairy chimneys with three caps. It is possible to visit the inside and climb to the top of it. Uchisar Rock Castle is the highest point in Cappadocia. There is a magnificent panoramic view of the area, and the Erciyes mountain in the distance, from the top of the castle. Rooms in this multi-level castle are connected to each other with stairs, tunnels, and passages. Urgup is a heart of Cappadocia and it is famous for the Three Beauties and wine production. Before returning to your accommodation, visit a winery to sample some local wines.

Begin the day with a pick-up from your hotel and head over to the incredible Goreme Valley. Resembling a vast monastic complex composed of scores of refectory monasteries placed side-by-side, each with its own fantastic church, Goreme is understandably the star attraction of any visit to the region. Continue the tour to Devrent Valley, also known as Imaginary Valley or Pink Valley, this area does not have cave churches like the other valleys of Cappadocia. Next, make your way to Uchisar for a walk through the beautiful valley, often called Valley of the Pigeon Lofts due to the thousands of pigeon houses carved into the soft tufa since ancient times. Enjoy the magnificent panorama of the surrounding land at Mount Erciyes in the distance from the Uchisar Castle and then continue the tour to Pasabag. Pasabag, meaning general's vineyard, is located on the road to Zelve and filled with remarkable earth pillars and mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping for the duration of the tour. Buy local products at the Carpet Handicraft Center and Cappadocia Stone Shop as well as ceramic, pottery, and other textiles.

After getting picked up from your hotel, head to your first stop, the famous ‘Three Beauties of Ürgüp’. Here, admire mushroom-shaped rock formations and learn more about their geology from your expert guide. Your next stop is the ancient village of Mustafapaşa, where you can admire fine examples of ancient Greek architecture. Later, drive through Taşkınpaşa which has some of the best examples of Seljuk architecture in the district, before arriving in Sobessos, a recently-discovered Roman archaeological site. Here, admire beautiful mosaics and Roman baths. Next, drive through Şahin Efendi, where you can observe typical local residents doing their daily chores, dressed in traditional costumes. You can also see the huge storage caves in the surrounding hills where fruit and vegetables are stored. Afterwards, enjoy a short walk in Soğanlı valley to admire the area's many different rock churches. You can also buy the most famous local souvenir, the Soğanli doll, here. Finish your walk with lunch at a local restaurant to reenergize before heading to the largest underground city in the Cappadocia area. Spend some time wandering around this vast complex with its stables, refectories, and chapels. At the end of the tour, be dropped off back at your hotel.

After pick up, head to the deepest Underground city to explore its 4 floors, 30 meters deep. Move on to the highest point of the center of Cappadocia in Uchisar town, Uchisar Castle. Visit the most important sight, Goreme Open Air Museum, to see its many churches with wall paintings (frescoes) describing the life of Jesus Christ, dating back to the 10th century. The Cavusin village will be your next stop. Make the most of this trip to see an abandoned village and its Greek Houses.  Take some time for lunch in Avanos before visiting a pottery shop, and learn how to make potteries and seramics. Move on to Pasabag, a sacred place and home to many monks. In Pasabag, prepare to see some of the largest fairy chimney rock formations, with two or three caps each.  Finally, stop at Devrent Valley and marvel at its rock formations, shaped like animals, the reason that this place has been nicknamed Imagination Valley. At around 5:00 PM, head back to your hotel.

Pick you up from your hotel and drive to a very lovely small village of Cappadocia called Ayvali. This local family who has a lovely terrace and a great view using their house also as a cooking class attelier given by the mother of the house. Your guide will translate all the words of her to you and you will be given the printed recipies. You will prepare all the food together like Turkish Ravioli, Yogurt Soup, Wine leaves, dolmadis, Cheese pastry, salad and the apprict dessert. Having lunch with the local family will be a privilige. . En route you can stop at the local spice and food shops. After lunch, visit the Goreme Open Air Museum, which contains some of the best cave churches in Cappadocia. Admire the frescoes adorning this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, head to Uchisar Castle and Pigeon Valley, two of the best spots for photography in the whole world. Hit the road again to return to your hotel—but before you get home, you’ll stop at Goreme Panorama Point to see the beauty of Cappadocia from a different angle.
