What people are saying about New Jersey

This worked exactly as described: ferry to Statue of Liberty, explore the island on your own or with the audio tour, hop back on a ferry when you're ready, and then take the second ferry to Ellis Island. We spent much more time at Ellis Island due to the extensive exhibits. When you're ready to leave, line up for the ferry back to your departure point. Very smooth and easy.

Great trip , very efficient ferry journeys too . We opted for a free 30 minute tour on liberty island by a very good Park Ranger Gordon He was extremely informative and made the short tour very interesting. Ellis island was great too lots of info in the museum, definitely good for anyone with ancestors who came to USA through NY .

The crossing is fast but the boat does a good tour in front of the statue to ensure you beautiful souvenir photos. The views of NY are incredible (obviously) and it's very nice to take all the time you want to visit Liberty Island and Ellis Island. A must! :)

Spent 4 hours at Ellis Island and it wasn’t enough. Cafe was excellent with very reasonable prices Beautiful views of Statue of Liberty. Ship was comfortable and clean can’t wail to go back. I highly recommend.

Frequent ferries allowed us to go earlier than planned once we got to Battery Park. Very convenient.
