It was calming and very enjoyable. The brunch was very nice and the jazz music after was very enjoyable. The cruise was very nice and informative and they told a lot about the history of the area. The facility and restroom was very clean and they went over the top to insure all things were sterilized. They also checked for covid vaccinations before boarding the vessel and required masks when not outside or in the area eating.

We were very disappointed in the lunch provided. It was billed as being fried chicken. What was served was very thin and dry fried fish fillets. The rest of the meal was all carbohydrates: macaroni salad, jambalaya, red beans and rice, and bread pudding for dessert. Not anything was very palatable and not good for a diabetic. I’ll never do the meal cruise again.

Was a great experience. Really enjoyed the trip. Ship has 3 decks and lots of chairs. Buffet available. (Additional purchase that we did not buy). Long line to board. Was about a two hour trip. We probably went a couple miles up the Muddy Mississippi. We had additional entertainment. Some idiot dropped his cell phone over the side and so he jumped in after it; from the 3rd deck. We had to stop and a skip was sent out to pick him up. He wasn’t returned to the ship. He was taken to shore. If you are ADA then go ask to board early so you don’t have to stand in the long line. The heat index for that day was 110.
