I booked the Royal Attraction & 48 hour hop on/hop off bus for 8 people. It was very straightforward to collect our tickets at St.Andrews Square and make our way to the bus to go to Edinburgh Castle. After a visit to the castle we waited a matter of minutes and hopped on another bus to visit Holyrood Palace. An excellent audio tour. The following day we hopped on the bus and went to the Botanic gardens & then the Royal Yacht Britannia. I would recommend this ticket for the must see sightseeing of Edinburgh in a weekend. Staff at the buses & venues were all very friendly, helpful & welcoming.

This is the way to see a lot of Edinburgh. The narrator points out historical facts and places as you drive to your destination. Our 2 day pass included entrance in to Edinburgh Castle, Royal Britannia and Holyrood Castle. Seeing and touring the Edinburgh Castle, Royal Britannia, Holyrood House and was amazing. The history behind each place is so interesting.

It was a good deal as it included entry into the 3 main places we wanted to visit i.e. Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood House and the Royal yacht Britannia. We loved the flexibility of getting on and off the buses in a city that doesn’t welcome cars!

If you want to cover all the attractions in city of Edinburgh. Look no further and take this ride.

Excellent commentary both "live" and "recorded". Great way to get to attractions with knowledge.
