    The experience was great, there was a lot to see. A few comments, 1. The audio was quite soft at times so I could not hear the commentary and history but the audio I could hear was entertaining and well read 2. Different drivers give different service so if you do not have a map it is easy to miss spots. I recommend having a sign/audio in the bus that tells you which stop you are at

    One of the best decisions we made while in NYC was to purchase the Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Tour. We purchased the 3-day pass and it was well worth the money. Next time, we will not over schedule activities but rather just get on and off the Big Bus in places we'd like to explore. Wonderful!

    It was nice that the buses came every 5-10 minutes to the stops. But the ear phones were not working properly, the staff was not very friendly, and we were told that the blue line in Manhattan was not working on Sunday so we could not go to Central Park in the bus.
