Full description
The 3 Neighborhoods Tour will give you unique insight into three very different places in Manhattan. Start in Soho, one of NYC's trendiest neighborhoods. Learn about the area's real estate and how this area became on of the most expensive places to live on the island. Stroll into the heart of Soho and see some of the most posh bakeries, shops, and restaurants that Soho has to offer. Walk down Greene Street and talk about why Soho has such unique and beautiful architecture. See the Haughwout Building and the Old Police Station before heading to the next neighborhood. Make a quick stop in Nolita and sample some cheesecake before working your way into Historic Little Italy. Sample some of the delicious local cuisine such as cannolis, gelato, pizza, and more! Mingle with locals and get the inside scoop about famous spots on Mulberry Street. Chinatown is the last neighborhood. Visit the Mahayana Buddhist Temple and get a peek of the 16-foot Golden Buddha. Pass the Manhattan Bridge and walk into the heart of Chinatown. Enjoy treats from The Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory while you see where Chinatown got its start. This was a fabulous walking tour through 3 neighborhoods. Claire was our guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned and saw a lot. She gives you a few minutes here and there to grab a snack if you'd like. Pastries and gelato in Little Italy we're delish along with dumplings in China town.

Nicole was our guide she made the tour very interesting and told some nice stories. We probably wouldn't have gotten to know the different areas without them. She could only have given us a little more time for the souvenir photo. Otherwise, even my teenage daughter found the trip interesting. And that's saying something. The meeting point was a bit difficult to find. And not really nice to wait either. All in all, thumbs up for this trip.

A very entertaining and impressive walk through Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown. Our guide Marshall (f) provided us with interesting information about the history and culture of the area.
