It was a wonderful landscape and Uwe was really great, told us everything in detail. I noticed that he puts his heart and soul into the tours, that's unique. We were a bit irritated at the beginning of the tour because 2 people we didn't know came along. There was no mention of this when we booked, which was a bit strange, but we were lucky, they were pleasant people. Just wanted to mention this.

Our guide, Milde, arrived punctually to pick us up for the tour and gave us an enlightening commentary about the Curonian Spit, its geography and its history. He also provided insights on the lifestyle of the locals peppered with his own experiences. Moreover, he showed us hidden gems e.g. a cafe set in the pine forest away from the maddening crowds of tourists.

Outstanding, informative, impressive

Our guide Uwe picked us up right from our apartment by car on time. We drove across the Curonian Spit by car and got a lot of geographical, historical and personal impressions of the island. In between we also made a few stops and were able to spend time alone in the dunes. A perfect day that we can only recommend, as Uwe responded very well to us :)

A great day on the Curonian Spit

A professional guide with above-average information. Great scenery on a sunny June day. Especially stress-free as a passenger. Culture, historical backgrounds and modern life were conveyed to us from personal experiences. We would do it again and again.

Great guide and experience!

Saw the entire island with a detailed commentary. Concluded the day with a tour of Klaipeda. Our guide was so knowledgeable and fun to explore with!
