1. Hanoi: Full-Day Mua Cave, Hoa Lu and Tam Coc Tour
After being picked up from your accommodation between 8:00-8:30AM, you will depart to Ninh Binh. On the way you will be able to see scenery of rural living in Vietnam, complete with green fertilizer fields. You will also be able to witness local wildlife such as buffalo eating grass and ducks swimming. Your first stop will be at the Hoa lu Temple, the first capital of Vietnam which was built in the 10th century. After having arrived, you will spend a few minutes receiving an overview on these grounds. Following this, you will venture towards the Mua cave, which was constructed following the model of a 'miniature great wall' in china, containing nearly 500 steps up to the mountains. you will spend around 1-hour trekking up to the top of the mountain where you will receive an overview of the impressive panoramic views of Tam Coc, Trang an & Ninh Binh city. At 12:30 you will travel on the bus to Tam Coc, where you will have a lunch consisting of special Vietnamese foods. After this, you will get on a small boat to travel around Tam Coc for about 1.5 hours. The local people will take you to discover the beautiful landscape which is called 'Halong Bay on land', and you will encounter two green rice fields with great lime stones and wonderful caves. You will eventually finish with 30 minutes for biking, to visit the countryside or to go shopping at some embroidery shops where they sell handcraft goods. At 4:30PM, you will get on a bus to return to Hanoi, before arriving in Hanoi at 7:00PM at which point you will be returned to your accommodation.
