Syracuse was amazing but we didn’t have enough time we only had an hour and a half and that’s how long it took to tour the whole park if you ran. I love the salt caves and overall it was wonderful. Artesia was beautiful but nobody,s fault but it rained heavy. If it’s not raining you should take the little boat trip around the island it’s only 45 minutes and you get to go in the cave that was awesome. But on the way back it rained and we got soaking wet. When the rain let up I got to see how cool Ortigia is. Noto was delightful. I love the baroque style that symbolizes the city. For me it was too much for one day. If I did it again or I advised anyone I would say try to see them separately.

Only shuttle service was offered. No orientation or guide. The air conditioning did not reach the last seats of the bus. Instead of going to Noto, to get to know its baroque architecture, they took me to a fishing village that had become a tourist site due to the work of real estate developers, with no other charm than having made up the fishermen's houses. To top it all off at siesta, and the.few.places to have a drink are very expensive. A fiasco!
