Our guides (Ruth and Aldair) deserve a thousand stars! They were super attentive, answered all questions and were very knowledgeable. They made a point of showing details, taking pictures and everything else. The agency is to be congratulated, they insisted that at each location they went to us to make sure that everything was as planned. When necessary, they answered us by WhatsApp very quickly. As a point to improve was that in the Sacred Valley the tour is described with 3 visits, but we could only do 1. When they picked us up at the hotel they said that at the time they bought the train it would not be possible to do one of them, we would have to choose. As we had paid for 3 and it was in the package, I think they should have organized it in such a way that everything could have been done, or warned us beforehand. As it was, we didn't even have the opportunity to buy the tour to the missing place for another day.

It didn't start well. No one came to the hotel for pick-up as agreed. After contact with the contact person, a person came after half an hour and apologized. But still no bus. An hour after the appointed time, a bus arrived and soon after a guide. After this mess, however, we had a couple of very good and interesting days. Very good guidance, nice bus. The hotel in Aqua Calientes was nice and good. However, it smelled strongly of mold. So despite a bad start we had a great couple of days.

The tour is sensational. The points visited are very good. All organization of the tour is to be congratulated, all very well organized. The agency team is very helpful and gave all the necessary guidance so that we could enjoy everything with tranquility.

This trip was amazing, carefully arranged, all to the last bit, and the tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable!
