Mauro was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Because it was just our party, he was able to make personalized adjustments to the schedule to make the day ours (push back the start time, detour for coffee and breakfast before hitting the road, adjusting the Orvieto itinerary to include the well). He was kind and patient in every regard, and provided above and beyond assistance at multiple points throughout the day. Despite the somewhat unseasonably chill and rainy weather, these 2 cities were each beautiful and unique, and well worth the visit. Having Mauro as a facilitator and guide was a great enhancement, allowing us to focus on the experience rather than the logistics. Great day!

Excellent tour experience! We had decided to take a day trip to Orvieto and this tour was a perfect way for us to see and learn as much as possible about Orvieto in a short timeframe. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Orvieto's history and culture and being a local was passionate about it. Since it was a private tour, we were also able to customize it as we went which allowed us the option of exploring some of the underground structures/caves. At the end of the tour, we realized that our train departed before restaurants opened for dinner, but our guide called a restaurant owner she knew and asked them to open for us, which they did. Perfect ending.

Wonderful experience

What a wonderful day we had. Matea was our guide. His English was excellent and his knowledge was impressive and he shared many interesting facts with us. Matea ensured all of our needs were taken care of. We were able to have a leisurely tour which suited us perfectly. The van was extremely comfortable and our group of 6 had plenty of room. We would highly recommend Get Your Guide and Matea.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Anna Lisa. She shared so much great knowledge with us.
