Went in December and the scenery is picture-postcard beautiful. The crew are friendly and there is a bar serving a variety of drinks. It is however cold… very, very, cold. We were wrapped up in many layers but by the end of the two hours we could barely feel our toes - so be prepared! Would recommend, and if we return in the spring/summer would certainly book again.

For a city where everything is incredibly expensive this was well worth the money. I great tour of the fjord on a crisp winters day. My recommendation if you are doing this tour in winter is to dress very warm. Thankfully I was wearing my ski pants and am so grateful I did.

Excellent service: easy to book, friendly staff, smooth journey, reasonably priced by Norway standards, blankets available, good bar service, good toilets, and interesting and easy to hear commentary to learn about the history of Oslo. Tips: Wrap up warmly for when the boat gets going, wear waterproofs or sit away from the edge when it is raining (the water pours off the canopy and onto your lap), and arrive 30-45 mins early if you want a choice of seats.
