Overall rating

Very good! Plenty to see and lots of walking around! A little disappointed only for the fact when I last visited the tower in the late 1970’s, there was a huge display of the Crown Jewels from around the world collected from many many years, it was good seeing what was on display of the jewels, but shorter to look around, plus the Ravens used to free roaming around the grounds of the tower, obviously times have changed and the birds are becoming extinct so now in an Aviary! The Armoury was also very good to see, plus all the towers and grounds to go and see

I visited with my friend who uses an electric wheelchair. The staff were amazingly proactive in approaches him and asking what they could do to make his visit easier. They even apologised that lots of the tower would be inaccessible due to its age, which of course we understood! They said that to make up for this we wouldn’t have to queue for the Crown Jewels exhibition. Every member of staff we came across was absent amazing and made our day out very special.

HI, I never got a chance to use the boat cruise tickets. When we went on the day of the tour the ramp person to the boats said 30 minutes and would not let us wait for the boat. After that it rained and there were transit strikes after that ans we could not get in. The tickets expired Dec 31, 2022, will I be receiving a refund. Kindest regards, Nancy Norton

Ent at the end of a rainy day and walked right into the Crown Jewels exhibit. Crown was missing so it could be fitted to Charles’s head. That was kinda neat

The audio guide is wonderful!!! The tower is amazing if you’re into history.
