      We had the delight of a private tour as the other couple booked didn’t show up. Our ‘private’ tour was therefore excellent! The guide did a great job of showing us around some main attractions and also hidden back alleys and secret spots. Was great to hear some history of Oxford in such a humorous and engaging way.

      Tour was a lot of fun, with a lot of great facts and you wouldn't believe the sinister, spooky background to a lot of this beautiful town. Magnus our guide was very knowledgeable, and funny with the facts as we walked around. This is worth the money, and I would recommend taking this tour if in the city, as a good way even to explore the area.

      We were very lucky to be alone with the guide. So it was like a private tour for us. Our guide told the stories of the uncanny encounters with great commitment. You could tell that he was really enjoying it himself. Differentiated and with a very good narrative talent, he knew how to skillfully lead the creepy incidents to the punchline, in order to then dissolve the built-up tension with a funny punchline. It was just fun to listen to. A first class guide whose stories are a pleasure. Great! Great! Great! With 5 stars.
