The guide Peter was excellent! He shared information about harry potter, but also shared information about other authors such as Tolkien and CS Lewis as well as the history of the college and the town, overall telling a story of Oxford's literary connections to fantasy. It was a very fun way to experience Oxford for the first time, and took us to some actual film locations from Harry Potter! my group booked the admission to Christ Church College and I very much reccomend it. This was a public tour and we had two families with young children and several adult groups. Peter provided info and engagement that appealed to all ages, including a few pieces of Harry Potter gear such as wands and scarves for those who wanted them.

I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Peter, was amazing. He knows a lot of stories about Oxford history and he's a Harry Potter expert. So he shared his knowledge with us. My daughter (10 years old) listened attentively from start to finish ! I therefore recommend this visit. I'm convinced that this is the best way to experience Oxford.

Our guide was Peter, who was absolutely accommodating, considerate, entertaining and knowledgeable. Meeting point was easy to find and Peter provided Harry Potter costume props, which really helped the group to bond right away. Not only did the tour consist of Harry Potter but other movie locations. Peter included background information regarding how J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter Books took so much inspiration by Oxford. The tour also pass through the awesome Turf Tavern. Throughout the tour, Peter included Harry Potter trivia quizzes and prizes. Peter also included some C.S. Lewis and Tolkien locations or Oxford connections. I really appreciate Peter for making accommodations for me because I had to end the tour a bit early. Peter included an email after the tour: 14 Harder Harry Potter questions from the books.
