I really liked the combination of audio guide and real person who took us around. As I use a cane and stairs are difficult for me the elevator was a real help. I was supposed to visit another part of the palace for my cousin and me.The gentleman at ticket window said the tickets were a scam. I didn’t keep the 2 tickets but was disappointed. The tickets were bought on line and didn’t seem like a scam. My private guide probably waited for us inside,,, Patricia L Burns

Remarkably organized visit. Audio guide which allows a confined atmosphere with rare interventions from the guide. The Palace is sumptuous and perfectly maintained. It's a journey through Beauty, paintings, sculptures, porcelain, trinkets, lounges and library, everything is harmonious. Not to be missed, Stendhal syndrome guaranteed.

The visit to El Palacio de Liria is very interesting , well organized and informative . I strongly recommend it … great art , furniture and statues . The visit to the library is probably the best part of the tour

Very informative, information given through headsets. A guide tags along to point out important features.

Visita muy amena me gusto mucho, muy recomendable.
