Our guide Chiara was fantastic - her knowledge about the history and kindness made my choice of walking tour with this company absolutely the best of the week! Tipping is not usually my thing but I wanted to bye her a gelato at the end. Thanks! * The individual earphone is a much nicer idea than a loud speaker for a big group (as we find many in downtown)

Oscar, our guide, gave us many details on each of the points we visited during the tour and answered each question very well. At the end he also gave us some very useful gastronomic recommendations. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this tour, one of our favourite things we did in Florence! Sylvia our tour guide was incredible, very fun and knowledgeable.
