Our experience was amazing. We would definitely recommend you pick listening to the tour guide rather than the audiobook- it is far more personal and engaging this way. Our tour guide, Sarzani, was friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. You learn things other people may not know and it is overall an excellent experience. We called it the ‘Heineken tour’ because it reaches places other tours cannot reach.

We did the Spanish tour and our guide was AMAZING!!! He had so much knowledge of the city and its history as well as very funny anecdotes. We stopped for some gelato as part of the experience and he gave us many tips on where to eat and go during our stay. Definitely recommend.

It was the perfect ride to get to know Florence. Our guide Peter was very nice; we enjoyed the different stops we had along our way. A must do especially when you are on a short stay in Florence! Enjoy :)

We had a friendly knowledgeable driver called Luca who negotiated the narrow streets very safely. He pointed out a lot of interesting things and overall it was a good way to see Florence.

Susie was amazing & so attentive! Very knowledgeable about Prosecco & the surrounding area. Beautiful day & fabulous wineries!!!!
