Luckily I had Joshua back as my driver and guide after Monreale. Again, this tour was excellent. I had enough time to see this and that for myself. The stop at the store to grab something to eat was very good, the food was very good and the people there were very friendly. Joshua took a different route on the way back, still down to the sea and back through a very beautiful area. This trip is also one of the highlights from Palermo. Joshua is the perfect guide.

It's a long bus ride, without commentary, to and from Agrigento (about 2.5 hrs each way), with a utilitarian stop en route. But it's worth it. The guided visit to the temples site was excellent. Our guide is a long-time resident of Agrigento, and she knows her stuff. We were very impressed and enjoyed her tour thoroughly.
