Visit Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, to find out about the turbulent history of one of the world’s last divided cities. Arriving in the south part of Nicosia, your guide will show and give you all the interesting facts about this town. Discover the Liberty Monument and the Cathedral of St John located in the center of the old town of Nicosia. Despite its modest exterior, the interior of The Cathedral of St John will take you by surprise. Enjoy a walking tour through the partially car-free old town within the Venetian Walls. After crossing the UN buffer zone into occupied, you will enjoy coffee and a sweet treat. Once in the occupied part of Nicosia, you will visit Buyuk Han and pass from the Ayia Sofia Church. Ample free time will be provided for shopping or for lunch. For those interested, the guide will wait for you at a pre-arranged time outside Leventis Museum for a visit. This tour ends with your drop-off back at your centrally located hotel in Paphos, Limassol, or Pissouri.

Explore the playground of the goddess of love, Aphrodite. This 7-kilometer walk takes place in Akamas, a pristine, almost untouched area of Cyprus. If the customers prefer, we do a longer, 10-km walk and first do the east part of the Adonis trail, reaching the ruins of a medieval monastery for a picnic. From there, the route ascends to the peak known as "Moutti tis Sotiras". Enjoy unobstructed views of the north coast from Cape Arnaouti, the tip of Akamas, towards Chrysochou Bay, and the northwest all the way to Pomos in the northeast. After a pause for a picnic (in summer, we usually stop at a shaded spot) and soaking in the majestic views, walk to the Baths of Aphrodite on the Aphrodite trail (the last stretch is on a coastal dirt road, near the cliff). Depending on travelers' preferences and time availability, the tour route can be made longer (10 or 13 km). Other activities like swimming and snorkeling can also be included (usually during the hot season).

Discover the charm and scenery of the Troodos Mountains on a day tour from Paphos. Pass small villages and experience the traditional Cypriot life. As you travel high into the hills you will have your first stop in Platanisteia Village. In Platanisteia village you will visit the printmaking museum. Next, travel to Arsos village for a quick coffee break. Discover Tzelefos bridge, which is part of the Venetian Bridges nature trail which connects three of the Venetian Bridges of Pafos Forest. The location around the bridge is perfect for all nature lovers but also for photographers. Do not miss the opportunity to capture the perfect picture. Continue to the village of Kalopanayiotis where you will enjoy traditional Cyprus lunch. After lunch, visit the Ayios Lambadistis Monastery. The monastery is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a complex of three churches - Ioannis Lampadistis, Agios Irakleidios, and a Latin chapel - all under a single, enormous timber roof. Before heading back to your pickup location, you will enjoy a wine tasting at a local winery.

Cross the UN-patrolled border into northern Cyprus and visit some of the north's most famous historical sites. The first stop of this day trip is Salamis Archaeological Site, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from Cyprus's east coast. Salamis was the most brilliant ancient city in Cyprus and the capital of the island for more than a thousand years. Before heading back, a short stop at Constantia Beach where you will have the opportunity for a panoramic view of the ghost town of Famagusta. The once-bustling holiday resort was abandoned during the Turkish invasion of 1974 and has remained sealed behind barbed wire barricades ever since.
